To the Recipients of London Consistory Club Assistive Devices

The equipment loaned to you today is provided by The London Consistory Club which was founded in 1940 by Freemasons in London who were members of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.
It acquired its first equipment for the handicapped in 1944 when it obtained a wheelchair for one of its members.
It has since branched out over the years to become a major lender of equipment to assist the disabled and it loans the same to anyone in need of the equipment regardless of age, race, sex, creed, colour or income.
It owes its existance to the generosity of its Masonic members of the Scottish Rite, all of whom work as volunteers without any compensation other than the satisfaction of helping a fellow human being at a time when such help is needed.

While no charge is ever made, donations are not declined and any donation is greatfully received and faithfully applied.
